Willow Bath Kisses

Place cupcake under warm running bath water ( water pressure helps to create a froth) Allow frosting to fall to bottom of your bath water to soften.  Once your water has reached its desired capacity. Enter tub you will want to allow 20 minutes of soaking time for best results.   

Skin Smoother: Once the icing has sat in tub for at least 5 min to soften. Find the icing apply it directly to skin to cleanse and gently exfoliate.
